Our farm-reared Free Range and Traditional Bronze and White Turkeys are available as whole birds or the popular Turkey Crowns. Unlike fast-growing commercial birds, our turkeys are reared for a minimum of 22 weeks, giving them ample time to mature naturally and develop their exceptional flavour and texture. This is almost twice the age of many commercially produced turkeys. We offer a wide range of sizes, from 4.5kg (10lb) to 13.6kg (30lb), ensuring there is a bird suitable for every family gathering, from intimate celebrations to large festive feasts.
For those looking for an alternative to turkey, our farm-reared Free Range and Traditional Cockerels make an excellent choice. Larger than standard chickens and given longer to mature, they produce succulent, flavourful meat that is perfect for feeding family and guests over the festive period. Our cockerels are available in sizes ranging from 3.6kg (8lb) to 6.3kg (14lb).
